The 4 Week Shred program is designed to give you a lean & strong body. This program is more than just a booty and abs program. Over the next 4 weeks you will be challenged to build strength in your legs, core, arms, chest, and back. Week 1 will be the foundation of the program with each following week building upon the previous. We will increase the weights and rep counts each week ensuring that you get pushed just a little harder with each workout. This method of progressive overload will encourage lean muscle growth and a decrease in overall body fat. Once you reach the end of week 4, start back at week 1 continuing with the progress that has been made.
